Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook main entrees and/or sides on the daily menu as assigned daily by the Chef.
• Taste products for quality/texture and avoid over-salting.
• Check temperatures of menu items and record.
• Utilize progressive cooking to ensure freshness and quality.
• Replenish food items in steam tables or cold bars during service.
• Assist on serving lines and greet customers.
• Maintain kitchen sanitation per company standards.
