Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Reading, writing and basic math abilities required.
• Two years of experience and leadership experience preferred depending on location.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Serv Safe may be required depending on location.

Aufgaben

• Lead cooks and direct kitchen staff to prepare, cook, season, and portion food.
• Ensure meals meet menu and dietary requirements.
• Follow HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
• Maintain sanitation, labeling, storage of food and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with internal customers and team.
• Operate kitchen equipment as needed.
