Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• ServSafe certification or enrollment and completion within 90 days of employment.
• Experience in large-volume food preparation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read menus, recipes, and follow all steps in meal preparation.
• Prepare menu items according to established standards.
• Determine quantities needed for meal preparation.
• Follow recipes and proper food preparation techniques.
• Serve meals and supervise kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and storage areas.
• Record temperatures and ensure safety logs are up to date.
• Inventory and receive/store supplies using FIFO method.
