Job summary

Bluestar Resort & Golf in Bonney Lake, WA is seeking a Cook 4 to join the Food & Beverage team. You will cook, prepare, and plate menu items, master kitchen stations, and assist with service under the Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.

The role requires a minimum of three years of commercial cooking experience, a current Food Handler card, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Full-time employees receive medical/dental/life, PTO, holidays, and 401(k) eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Current Food Handlers card is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of staff or customers.
• Must demonstrate initiative and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Master all kitchen stations and plating.
• Lead kitchen service, read tickets, monitor times.
• Teach new staff station assignments and recipes.
• Assist in developing daily specials and maintain quality standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions in the kitchen.
