Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of full-time and student staff in daily menu preparation and service.
• Works with standardized recipes and follows instructions for station preparation.
• Maintains proper storage, rotation and inventory of food items.
• Ensures kitchen cleanliness and food safety practices.
• Coordinates preparation timing for menu items and executes closing procedures.
• Trains and guides lower-level cooks and supervises staff coverage during breaks.
