Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food items per prep sheets and recipes with speed and quality.
• Assist utility staff to maintain dish room cleanliness.
• Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment.
• Deliver prepared items to assigned areas.
• Perform duties as assigned by Executive Chef and Sous Chefs.
• Maintain safe, clean and sanitized work areas.
• Comply with safety and security procedures.
