Job summary

Hotel-Theodore is seeking an experienced culinary professional to support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations. You will prepare all hotel outlets’ food items according to standardized recipes while maintaining top quality and presentation.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Minimum 2 years cooking experience; high-volume kitchen experience preferred.
• Food Handlers certification or equivalent safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Prepare all food items for hotel outlets using standardized recipes.
• Train new culinary staff members.
• Coordinate and expedite kitchen staff to ensure consistent food quality and presentation.
• Prepare, measure, and mix ingredients using standard kitchen equipment to meet quality standards.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
