Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Lead Cook for all F&B outlets to support kitchen operations and drive high-volume performance. The role requires supervisory experience and the ability to manage station readiness, quality, and guest service during peak times.

Responsibilities include inventory checks, ensuring on-time outlet openings, training staff, and maintaining sanitation standards. The position demands teamwork, professionalism, and a proactive approach to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required; 5 years high-volume cooking experience, 2 in a supervisory/lead role.
• Must provide own work tools.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.

Responsibilities

• Checks inventory and orders supplies as needed.
• Keeps outlets open on time and ensures stations are par with food and supplies.
• Trains and monitors kitchen team members on tasks; directs, coaches and disciplines staff.
• Prepares all food and supplies as directed by Chef or Sous Chef; assists kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation; ensures production aligns with quality standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED; five years job-related experience in high volume cooking; two years supervisory experience or lead position
