Job summary

Trinity Services Group in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Kitchen Supervisor to manage a busy shift, ensuring efficient operation and adherence to menus and recipes.

You will coordinate prep, cooking, and service, supervise inmates on assigned tasks, and maintain inventory and safety standards. The role requires open availability from 7:00am to 7:00pm, including some weekends and holidays, and offers competitive benefits and DailyPay.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have proven supervisor/lead experience in a kitchen environment.
• Ability to prepare a variety of food items according to menus and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to ensure an efficient, well-running operation.
• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables using kitchen equipment.
• Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Promptly report equipment or product quality issues to management.
• Maintain portion sizes, recipes, and kitchen policies.
• Supervise inmates in assigned tasks such as prep, service, cleanup, sanitation.
• Oversee inventory receiving, storage, and controls.
