Job summary

Trinity Services Group Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Lead Cook to manage a shift, supervise inmates on tasks, and ensure efficient, high‑quality food service in a cafeteria setting. Open availability is required 7:00am–7:00pm with some weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant cooking experience.
• Experience in cafeteria or large-volume production is a plus.
• Experience with safety procedures in a food service environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations for efficiency.
• Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables and other items using kitchen equipment.
• Refer to Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Report equipment and food quality issues promptly.
• Ensure proper portion sizes and recipes are followed.
• Manage inventory receiving, storing and issuing.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work station.
