Job summary

Trinity Services Group is hiring a lead cook for a facility in Minnesota. The role requires open availability, including weekends/holidays, with shifts from 7:00am to 7:00pm.

You will prepare a variety of foods, oversee a shift, supervise inmates on tasks, and ensure inventory and cleanliness per recipes and safety standards. DailyPay access to earned wages is offered, along with a $250 rookie bonus after completing the fast-track within 60 days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, must be at least 18.
• Minimum 1 year of cooking experience required.
• Experience in large-volume cafeteria/kitchen preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a shift to ensure an efficient, well-running operation.
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, vegetables and other items.
• Follow Daily Prep List and complete opening/closing checklists.
• Report equipment or quality issues to management.
• Maintain standard portions, recipes, and kitchen rules.
• Supervise inmates on assigned tasks such as prep, service, cleanup.
• Receive, store, issue, and inventory food products.
• Keep a clean, sanitary work station and adhere to safety procedures.
