Sodexo Live is seeking a Lead Cook for ORDA - Whiteface Mountain. You will prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes, support a service-focused team, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

• 3–4 years of related work experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, portion, cook, and present hot and/or cold items for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Read and follow basic recipes and product directions.
• May operate a grill station or serve a la carte.
• Support management in daily oversight of key functions and employees.
• Attend shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
