Luna Grill Lead Cook position open in California locations. Lead BOH operations during shifts, coach team members, and ensure quality and safety of all dishes.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing safety logs, and coordinating station assignments to maintain Luna Grill standards. Ideal candidates have 1+ years of leadership in a fast-casual setting, strong food prep knowledge, and a solid grasp of sanitation practices; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of kitchen leadership experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required.
• Strong understanding of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Lead BOH operations during assigned shifts.
• Train team members and monitor safety logs.
• Coordinate station assignments for service and maintain Luna Grill standards.
• Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and portions.
• Direct and assist team members to ensure smooth operations.
