Job summary

Air Culinaire Worldwide is seeking a Lead Cook for a part-time on-site role in West Palm Beach, FL. The Lead Cook will supervise line cooks, prep staff, and porters, ensuring high standards of hot and cold food presentation and quality across all menus.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in a kitchen, strong teamwork skills, and ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it within 45 days. Experience with Italian cuisine and catering is a plus. Flexible weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; 2–3 years kitchen experience preferred.
• ServSafe Food Handling Certification required at hire or within 45 days.
• Experience with Italian cuisine and catering is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cooks, prep staff, and porters while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Prepare hot foods, salads, canapés, desserts and sauces to specification.
• Train and direct team members to uphold safety, HACCP compliance and food quality.
