BrewDog PLC is hiring a Lead Cook to drive our kitchen operations and uphold our bar and food standards. You will lead shifts, oversee the burger and wings menu, and ensure every plate is executed perfectly and on time.

You will guide a passionate team, develop cooks, and contribute to an exceptional guest experience while maintaining compliance and high quality across busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of cooking experience.
• Must have 1 year lead level experience.
• Minimum age 21 due to alcohol handling and policy.
• Preferred ServSafe or state equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead a busy kitchen across all stations with quality and compliance.
• Manage shifts; coordinate the team and execute the menu with consistency.
• Ensure food quality, timing, and customer service standards are met.
