About The Role

At BrewDog, we serve up our super popular burger and wings menu. Food quality, consistency and compliance whilst maintaining a busy kitchen is the key to this role. You’ll be in charge of your shifts; the line will be your orchestra & you’ll be the conductor. Every single item that leaves the kitchen will be a musical note & you’ll take pride in it being executed perfectly and on time. You’ll lead a team of passionate team members that need to develop and grow every day. You will be cooking at any station, at any time and get to improve the plates of those around you. About You
