Job summary

BrewDog PLC in Las Vegas is seeking energetic Kitchen Crew to join our busy bar kitchen. You’ll cook on a hot line, keep stations clean, and contribute to fast, high-quality service in a lively environment.

The role requires at least 1 year on a hot line, flexibility, and a valid State Health Card; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. We offer staff discounts, medical benefits, and opportunities to grow with the BrewDog team.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year of cooking experience on a hot line.
• Must be at least 21 years old due to alcohol service.
• Must have a valid State Health Card.
• Preferred bilingual (Spanish & English)

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders in a timely manner and maintain station prep.
• Maintain clean and efficient kitchen and prep spaces.
• Work with a team across kitchen, floor, and HQ to deliver great service.
