Job summary

ZippyApp Talentral Corp. in Kapolei, HI, is looking for a skilled line cook to support a busy kitchen. You will handle bulk cooking projects, prep, and setup for service, ensuring quality and speed.

Responsibilities include fabricating and cooking proteins, soups, sauces, dressings and side dishes, creating daily dinner specials, and assisting with ordering and deliveries. Weekend and holiday availability is required; tips are included in wages.

Qualifications

• 5 yrs minimum kitchen line work
• 2 yr minimum supervisory experience
• Sauté, broiler, pantry, sanitation and knife skills are musts!
• Excellent customer service skills, Positive attitude and hardworking
• Punctuality,Ability to work well in a team environment & Perform in high tempo & fast paced kitchen

Responsibilities

• Set up kitchen for service and prep/daily batch projects
• Fabricate and cook proteins, soups, sauces, dressings and side dishes
• Oversee kitchen staff and execute daily prep list
• Assist with placing orders and putting away deliveries
• Line cooking and maintaining sanitation standards
• Help with weekend/holiday coverage and customer service
