As a Lead Cook, you will supervise the kitchen staff in the absence of the Chef and ensure the highest standards of food quality and preparation. This role requires strong leadership, providing guidance and training to the kitchen associates in proper cooking techniques, equipment usage, and safety measures. You will visually inspect and select the freshest ingredients for our diverse menus, follow recipes meticulously, and prepare requisitions for supplies.
