Job summary

Quest Food Management Services is seeking a Lead Cook I for Loyola Health Science Campus in Maywood, IL. You will prepare and present menu items, follow prep lists, and assist in daily kitchen operations to meet Quest standards.

You will support cold prep, salads, grab-and-go production, and ensure hot-line service, while following HACCP and food safety guidelines. Full-time positions include benefits such as 401k, holidays, sick time, free meals, and life insurance.

Duties may include bulk preparation, catering prep, product receiving and cleaning. Assists customers and maintains line in a consistent and professional manner. Lead Cook I will assist in cold prep, salad and grab & go production with recipes. Expected to serve food on the hot line. Follow all HACCP and food safety guidelines. Receives and puts away all kitchen deliveries .
