• Hiring Rate: $16.85/hr - $18.50/hr (up to $22.00/hr* w/Tips)

LUN-A-TIC Position Summary

The Lead Cook is responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing and cooking menu items according to Luna Grill recipes.

• Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using various kitchen equipment.
• Knows and complies with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen policies.
• Stocks and maintains sufficient food levels at line stations for smooth service.
• Ports food according to standard portion sizes and recipes.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station, including all kitchen equipment.
• Assists in food prep during off-peak periods as needed.
• Properly closes the kitchen following the closing checklist, assisting others as needed.
• Attends scheduled team meetings/training and suggests improvements.
• Performs other duties such as dishwashing and bussing as assigned.
