Dickies Arena is a 14,000 seat, multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. Owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC), it opened in November 2019 and hosts concerts, sporting events, and family entertainment, including Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.
Reports to: Culinary Leadership Team
A culinary Lead Cook supports kitchen operations by assisting the culinary management team with staff oversight. Responsibilities include maintaining inventory, controlling orders, ensuring adherence to procedures, standards, and recipes, and maintaining hospitality, food quality, and sanitation standards. Hours vary based on arena events. This position reports to the culinary management team.
Oversees clerical, administrative, and professional staff.
Frequent movement, standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, exposure to heat, noise, and fumes, and wearing protective clothing are required.
