PwC is seeking a Conversational AI and Agentic AI - Manager to lead AI-driven user interaction solutions within the Advisory practice in New York. You will mentor staff, manage client accounts, and drive delivery of innovative AI products that align with client strategy.

The role focuses on data, analytics, and AI, identifying opportunities to enhance client service while upholding PwC’s quality standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience.
Experience with AngularJS for UI development.
Proficiency in HTML5 for web design.
Experience with Dialogflow and Amazon Lex.
Experience leading teams in human-centered design projects.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered contact center solutions to enhance customer interactions.
Guide teams in strategic planning and execution of user interaction engineering projects.
Utilize AngularJS to create dynamic, responsive user interfaces.
Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate into technical specs.
Develop and customize product designs to meet client needs and industry standards.
Apply human-centered design to validate accessibility across digital platforms.
Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for AI-enabled innovation.
Coach and mentor junior staff to foster growth and improve team performance.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure excellent service.
