Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree expected.
Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
Experience with AI-powered solutions like Dialogflow and Lex.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of AI-powered contact center solutions.
Coach teams in planning and execution of user interaction projects.
Utilize AngularJS to create dynamic, responsive interfaces.
Conduct usability testing and user research to inform design decisions.
Gather requirements and translate into technical specs.
Develop and customize product designs for client needs.
Apply human-centered design to validate accessibility across platforms.
Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
Mentor junior staff and build client relationships.
