Job summary

Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Controls Engineering professional to drive uptime and performance across plant tooling, conveyors, and automation systems. You will tackle PLC, CNC, robot and control-architecture issues, collaborating with production and maintenance teams to implement robust solutions.

The role requires a strong electrical/mechanical background, hands-on problem solving, and experience with Siemens/Schneider/Bosch PLCs, RFID and vision systems in a high-volume

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Controls or Automation Engineering.
• Solid understanding of PLC logic and industrial controls in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead problem solving to resolve tooling, equipment and conveyor performance issues and downtime.
• Possess ability to read electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic prints and troubleshoot PLC/CNC/robot systems.
