Job summary

Baxter Healthcare is seeking a senior Controls/Automation leader to guide the North Cove Controls Engineering organization. You will coach staff, manage budgets, and drive initiatives to improve equipment performance, process capability, and automation reliability across multiple manufacturing cells.

You will lead capital projects, standardize control systems, and advance Industry 4.0 technologies while aligning with safety and quality requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Controls/Automation/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of controls, automation, manufacturing, or engineering experience.
Minimum of 4 years of technical management and cross‑functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Set and execute multi-site engineering, automation, and optimization strategies.
Lead and develop engineering teams with coaching and mentorship.
Drive improvements in OEE, throughput, and equipment performance.
