Adsys Controls, Inc. is seeking a Lead Controls/Algorithm Engineer to spearhead development, analysis, and optimization of advanced control systems for robotic and autonomous platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced control systems or 5+ years with MS degree.
• Strong background in linear/nonlinear control and state estimation.
• Proficiency with Matlab/Simulink and Python; data analytics skills.
• Experience in RTOS, embedded design, and DoD-related projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, analysis, and optimization of complex control systems.
• Research, design, simulate, implement, debug, and test control algorithms.
• Collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and firmware engineers to define sensing and performance targets.
• Model dynamic systems in Matlab/Simulink; Python skills a plus.
• Embed software and integrate components; support production and mentorship.
