Applied Intuition is seeking a technical lead for controls to own the technical direction of our controls stack across its full lifecycle. You will mentor the controls team, set priorities across work streams, and establish best practices while delivering high-performance, safety-critical control systems for diverse heavy equipment fleets.

Competenze

• 6+ years of production software experience
• Experience leading engineers or owning a technical area
• Hands-on experience deploying controls solutions on real vehicles
• Ability to mentor engineers, prioritize roadmaps, and drive decisions
• Fluency in differential equations, numerical optimization, and physics
• Practical, end-to-end thinking to advance a controls strategy
