Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking a Lead Control Systems Technician to provide technical support and field coordination for control system projects and service teams. You will lead design efforts, work with project managers and customers, and guide small engineering teams on mission-critical facilities.

The role requires strong background in control systems design, P&ID interpretation, and technical documentation. Travel to customer sites is up to 100% with overnight stays up to 60%.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years industry experience required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in Engineering Tech or related field.
• 3+ years as Lead Control Systems Technician I or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation, start-up, and FAT for control systems.
• Perform instrument loop checks and calibration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot control systems.
• Read and interpret P&ID and wiring diagrams.
• Document work and feedback on field conditions vs drawings.
• Develop IT/network considerations for control system integration.
