Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Contracts Manager for the Microelectronics Division within the Intel & Cyber Sector. You will shape and lead the contracts function across a portfolio delivering quantum, photonics, and microelectronics technologies.

Collaboration with legal and cross‑functional teams will be essential to drive strategy and growth. The role requires negotiating complex agreements, advising on rights and obligations, and maintaining security clearances.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with extensive relevant contracts experience.
Graduate degree and substantial experience preferred.
In lieu of a degree, extensive experience may be accepted.

Responsibilities

Negotiate and finalize contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
Advise management of contractual rights and obligations.
Present information to broad audience, including management.
Multi-task and prioritize across multiple assignments.
Negotiate non‑U.S. government and commercial terms and conditions.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the organization.
Draft, negotiate, review, and approve Teaming, Non-Disclosure, Licensing and other documents.
Obtain and maintain security clearance.
