Northrop Grumman is seeking a Manager, Contract Administration 2 to lead a contracts team, shape contract strategy, and ensure compliant execution across critical Fuze and Warhead programs.

The role requires deep DoD regulatory knowledge, strong negotiation and leadership skills, and frequent collaboration with executives across units. Position is 100% on-site at Allegany Ballistics Laboratory (ABL), WV, or Plymouth, MN, with travel and career growth potential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's with 6+ years of federal contract management experience.
• Expert knowledge of FAR and DFARS; strong proposal development, pricing, and risk skills.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop, and mentor contracts professionals and staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Negotiate and administer DoD and commercial contracts; manage varied contract types; advise on RFPs, NDAs, Teaming Agreements.
• Ensure compliance, assess risk, and coordinate with Program Management, Legal, and Supply Chain teams.
• Interface with leadership to provide updates on contract status, risks, and opportunities.
