Job summary

TruLegal is seeking an experienced Review Manager on a contract basis to oversee a team of up to 25 document review attorneys. This hands-on role covers day-to-day workflows, quality and productivity, and serves as the primary liaison between the review team and firm counsel on sophisticated, deadline-driven matters.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing high-volume reviews, strong privilege review and privilege log expertise, and a proactive management style.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contract attorney teams in high-volume matters.
• Strong privilege review and privilege log preparation background.
• Ability to identify performance issues and take corrective action.
• Experience coordinating with firm Counsel and reporting progress.
• Antitrust or regulatory review exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day review workflows for up to 25 reviewers.
• Drive quality, productivity, and timely production milestones.
• Manage team performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Serve as main liaison between review team and firm counsel.
• Provide regular progress reporting and real-time flagging.
