Qualifications

  • Active JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of document review experience, preferably within civil litigation or plaintiffs-side class actions.
  • Proficiency with major e-discovery review platforms (Relativity, Logikcull, Everlaw).
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) and pass a brief conflict check.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct first- and second-level privilege, relevance, and confidentiality reviews of electronic documents.
  • Apply coding and tagging protocols under tight deadlines.
  • Identify hot documents and draft concise summaries for senior staff.
  • Escalate privilege issues or evidentiary findings immediately.
  • Participate in team meetings on review strategies and quality control.
