You will lead quarterly loss analyses, coach teams on Lean tools, and drive cost reduction through Lean and Six Sigma while partnering with executive leaders to align improvements with business goals and track results.

Qualifications

• Must have paper manufacturing CI experience.
• Proficient in Lean and DMAIC problem solving.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven coaching and influence skills.
