Job summary

• Lead continuous improvement projects within assigned areas.
• Deliver training and mentoring on CI methodologies across locations.
• Identify and resolve equipment or process issues.
• Monitor production data to ensure specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and control teams to design new equipment.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate KPI trends.
• Set and maintain production standards and process instructions.
• Assist with daily troubleshooting from process, technical, and systems perspectives.
