Job summary

DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a Contents Project Manager to oversee contents-related restoration projects from pack out to cleaning and delivery. You will ensure workflow efficiency, client satisfaction, and adherence to job-file standards while coordinating between clients, internal teams, subcontractors, and insurance representatives.

The role requires strong project management, leadership, and communication skills, with experience in emergency restoration and Personal Property.

Qualifications

• Relevant emergency restoration and Personal Property experience required.
• Sales experience required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
• Full time position.
• IICRC certifications (CPT, WTR, ASD, AMRT, FSRT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Contents Manager for job related items.
• Facilitates production, and scheduling with the Contents Manager & Coordinator.
• Manages projects and oversees field team members and production flow.
• Ensures files are up to date with notes on hold ups and next steps.
• Maintains contact with insureds and referral sources during approvals and start dates.
• Communicates with adjusters: approvals, scope, reports, production details.
• Reviews Tick Sheets and coordinates with the Coordinator.
• Monitors onsite progress and conducts site visits.
• Creates Cleaning Tick Sheet after Pack Out completion.
• Ensures materials are stocked and delivered to sites.
• Coordinates follow ups with Director, Foreman, Techs, Coordinator.
• Ensures compliance and completes all claim tasks.
• Documents customer communications and updates after discussions.
• Schedules with customers after speaking with Coordinator/PRM.
• Manages vendor communications and schedules.
