SP Global DRT is seeking a Contents Project Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day execution of contents projects in the field and warehouse, directing crews to ensure work is performed carefully and in line with SERVPRO quality standards.

The role requires leading pack‑out, inventory, cleaning, and pack‑back processes, with strong emphasis on documentation, safety, and customer communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day execution of contents projects from pack‑out to pack‑back.
• Provide clear direction and real‑time feedback to contents crews and technicians.
• Coordinate job flow, staging areas, and job requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and tracking of contents.
• Monitor safety, schedule, and budget; escalate issues as needed.
