Job summary

PuroClean LA | OC | IE is seeking a Contents Packout Manager to oversee contents-related operations during restoration projects. You will inventory, pack, transport, clean, restore, and return belongings with care, leading the contents team and coordinating with project managers.

Responsibilities include creating inventories with Encircle, ContentsTrack, and XactContents, ensuring safety, documentation, and effective communication with homeowners and adjusters.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in challenging environments.
• Proficiency with restoration or inventory software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Contents Management & Operations: oversee packout/packback for residential and commercial jobs.
• Lead, train, and schedule packout technicians and temporary labor.
• Create detailed inventories using restoration software (Encircle, ContentsTrack, XactContents, etc.).
• Oversee cleaning, deodorization, and restoration of contents using appropriate methods.
• Provide accurate salvage lists and documentation required by insurance carriers.
• Maintain detailed digital documentation including photos, inventory lists, and work logs.
