Job summary

PuroClean of Central Southwest Houston is seeking a motivated Contents Technician to join our team. Reporting to the Contents Pack-out Manager, you will handle contents in homes and businesses with care, packing, loading, disassembly, inventorying, and ensuring security of belongings.

You will work under supervision, potentially lead occasionally, and must meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Teamwork with subcontractors and employees.
• Ability to use Encircle, Microsoft Office and Dash.
• Detail oriented and takes initiative.
• Willingness to follow safety policies.
• Clean background check.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle contents in residential/commercial settings using packing, loading and transport.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture and items.
• Inventorying and maintaining chain of custody.
• Deodorization and cleaning as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain vehicle and safety practices.
• Identify salvageable contents.
• Follow safety policies and time constraints.
