Icertis Inc. is seeking a content-focused professional to craft audience-first stories that elevate the brand in contract intelligence and enterprise AI. You’ll translate complex topics into engaging formats across blogs, reports, videos, and ebooks, while experimenting with new AI-enabled approaches.

You'll collaborate with executives and subject matter experts, use data to guide topics, and drive content that resonates across channels in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Job Description

This role will develop compelling, audience-first content that builds awareness, strengthens the Icertis brand, and reinforces the company as a leading voice in contract intelligence and enterprise AI. You’ll turn complex topics into clear, interesting stories across multi-media formats, from original research and thought leadership to social content, video series, reports, ebooks, and emerging content experiences.

This isn't a role to simply fill a content calendar. We're looking for someone with strong editorial instincts who understands what makes a story interesting, knows how to find the angle others miss, and is excited to experiment with new formats and AI-enabled ways of creating content.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-impact, top-of-funnel content designed to build awareness, engagement, and market authority.
• Create and manage content across traditional and emerging formats and channels, delivering seamless experiences that align with how audiences consume digital information today. Help develop recurring editorial franchises and video-first content that audiences recognize and want to follow.
• Partner with subject matter experts and executives to translate their expertise into distinctive, accessible content.
• Use audience insights, search trends, social listening, and performance data to identify topics and formats with the greatest opportunity for engagement.
• Optimize content for traditional search as well as AI-powered discovery and answer engines.
• Repurpose strong ideas intelligently across channels rather than creating one-off assets.
• Use AI and other emerging tools to accelerate research, ideation, production, optimization, and content repurposing while maintaining strong editorial judgment and quality.
• Measure content performance and continually refine our approach based on what resonates with audiences.

Qualifications

• 3 + years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, communications, or a related field, preferably a B2B environment.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing content across multiple formats, including blogs and long-form written content.
• A strong understanding of how content needs to change by channel and audience.
• Experience collaborating with creative teams on visual storytelling and video content.
• Curiosity about AI and demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve the content development process.
• Baseline understanding of SEO and emerging AEO/GEO practices.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple projects, and moving from idea to execution quickly.
• Strong judgment and the confidence to challenge an idea when there is a more interesting way to tell the story.

Salary Range And Description

Min $90,000 - Max 110,000 USD per year plus an 5% annual bonus target

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual bonus target and an equity component is included in the compensation package.
