Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) is seeking a seasoned corporate communications professional to develop and execute communications across multiple audiences. You will draft, edit, and supervise print and web content, mentor teammates, and coordinate with senior leadership to ensure consistent messaging.

The role is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and strategic communications leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Business with 12 years corporate communications experience or 15 years experience with senior leadership.
• Experience as an editor and writer for an agency or media publication.
• Experience with communications tools, strategies and implementation processes.
• Experience leading others under pressure and meeting short deadlines.
• Experience leading and working with a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Experience working independently, taking responsibility and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a variety of communications for multiple audiences through interaction with clients and management at all levels.
• Draft, edit and supervise production of communications (print, web, etc.) to be distributed to diverse audiences.

Job Summary

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range

$70,600.00 - $149,600.00
