Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a communications professional to develop and execute diverse communications for audiences across our organization. You will interact with clients and management at all levels, draft and supervise content for print and web, and mentor other team members.

The role emphasizes experience with executive communications, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts or Business with 12 years corporate communications experience OR 15 years with senior leadership.
• Experience as an editor and writer for an agency or media publication.
• Experience with communications tools, strategies and implementation processes.
• Experience leading others when working under pressure and meeting short deadlines.
• Experience leading and working with a diverse, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a variety of communications for multiple audiences through interaction with clients and management at all levels.

• Experience as a n editor and writer for an agency or media publication.
• Experience with communications tools, strategies and implementation processes.
• Experience leading others when working under pressure and when needing to meet short deadlines.
• Experience leading and working well with a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Experience working independently, taking responsibility and initiative.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Master Degree in Business or Communications .
• Experience with social media trends, mediums, and content.
• Experience in editing/ writing articles and blogs.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range $70,600.00 - $149,600.00
