Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation is seeking a senior communications professional to develop and execute a variety of communications for multiple audiences across the organization, collaborating with clients and management at all levels. The role involves drafting, editing and supervising print and digital materials, and mentoring other team members.

The position is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office and 2 days remote. Sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Arts or Business with 12 years’ experience OR 15 years with senior leadership exposure.
• Experience as an editor and writer for an agency or media outlet.
• Experience with communications tools, strategies and implementation processes.
• Ability to lead others under pressure and meet short deadlines.
• Experience collaborating with diverse, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Arts or Business and 12 years corporate communications experience OR 15 years corporate communications experience working with senior level leadership.
• Experience as an editor and writer for an agency or media publication.
• Experience with communications tools, strategies and implementation processes.
• Experience leading others when working under pressure and when needing to meet short deadlines.
• Experience leading and working well with a diverse, cross-functional team.
• Experience working independently, taking responsibility and initiative.

Preferred Job Qualifications

• Master Degree in Business or Communications.
• Experience with social media trends, mediums, and content.
• Experience in editing/writing articles and blogs.

Base Pay Range $70,600.00 - $149,600.00 Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
