Job summary

HCSC is seeking an experienced executive IT support specialist to deliver premium, white-glove technology support to our senior leaders, diagnosing complex hardware, software, network and configuration issues with discretion. You will coordinate with IT teams, support executive meetings and events, and ensure reliable operations before, during, and after events through proactive planning and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical certification and 3 years of IT experience, or 6 years of IT experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 and ITSM systems.
• Experience with workforce enablement technologies and executive support.
• Ability to drive analytics to improve service and incident resolution.
• Experience working with executives and cross-functional teams.

Job Summary

Responsible for delivering premium "white glove" technology support to executive leadership, providing advanced problem-solving expertise and personalized service to ensure a seamless technology experience. Serves as a trusted technology partner for executives by diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, network, and configuration-related issues with urgency and discretion. Provides comprehensive IT support for executive offices, leadership meetings, and high-profile corporate events, including town halls, all-hands meetings, board meetings, and off-site engagements. Coordinates closely with cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and strategic technology vendors to drive rapid issue resolution and maintain service excellence. Supports and manages audiovisual (AV), collaboration, streaming, video conferencing, media, and communication technologies for executive meetings and events. Ensures reliable technology operations before, during, and after events through proactive planning, testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

Required Job Qualifications

• Bachelor degree OR technical certification and/or College Courses and 3 years of Information Technology experience OR 6 years of Information Technology experience.
• Knowledge of ITIL v3 framework and ITSM systems.
• Knowledge of ITSM systems.
• Knowledge of workforce enablement technologies.
• Experience working in technologies related to Workforce Enablement in supporting installation, troubleshooting, and daily support for executives.
• Infrastructure domain knowledge and required technologies including 3rd party solutions.
• Ability to drive the use of analytics to improve service, availability, and customer interactions.
• Drive incident resolution and issues escalated by executives.
• Experience working with executives in diverse situations to install, troubleshoot, resolve open items.
• Provide front line executive support for majority of incidents / problems.
• Drive service introduction for new capabilities (simple / medium).
