United Community is seeking an experienced Loan Operations leader to manage day-to-day activities in Loan Closing and to support multiple sites. You will supervise direct reports, coordinate workflows, and resolve procedural issues while helping groom future managers.

The role emphasizes quality assurance, training, and exceptional customer service, with involvement in hiring, performance reviews, and reporting metrics to managers.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in Loan Processing role.
• Experience performing quality assurance reviews of loan operation functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education can be substituted.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• All duties and responsibilities for Loan Closing Specialist III, per department procedures.
• Assist Department Manager in monitoring workflows to optimize efficiency and production quality; ensure document requests move through pipelines per procedures and SLAs.
• Perform Quality Assurance reviews of teammates’ prepared packages; report error trends to Manager.
