Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Lead a Post-Close Review team within Commercial Loan Operations, overseeing daily staffing, workload distribution, productivity, quality and service level performance.
Coach and develop team members; conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings.
Manage operational priorities and ensure compliance with loan documentation and review procedures.
Collaborate with peer leaders, business partners and auditors while supporting projects and process improvement initiatives.
