Qualifications

• Master's degree in CTM or related field, or a master's with related graduate credit hours.
• Four years of practical experience in the field.
• Prior teaching experience or completion of instructor training prior to teaching.
• Demonstrates high integrity, professionalism, appearance, demeanour and attitude.
• Solid computer software skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational materials using sound educational practices focused on student development.
• Provide an engaging, student-centered learning environment and offer support and tutoring as needed.
• Lead by example and model professional conduct aligned with mission and core values.
• Utilize classroom and lab instruction, assessments, and management techniques to engage students.
• Ensure learning objectives are met and materials/equipment are ready and functional.
• Participate in faculty assessment, professional development, and maintain certifications.
• Meet academic and administrative deadlines and ensure compliance with policy and regulations.
• Contribute to meetings, analyze assessment data, and produce required reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
