Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in CTM or related field or 18 graduate credits in CTM or related field.
• Four years practical experience in the field.
• Prior teaching experience or complete instructor training.
• Demonstration of integrity and professionalism in all aspects.
• Solid software skills including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication with diverse groups.
• Ability to work in an observation/coaching style environment.
• Ability to prioritize, take responsibility, and meet deadlines.
• Superior organizational and problem-resolution skills.
• Commitment to customer service.
• Ability to qualify as an instructor per standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize classroom and lab instruction, student assessment, and management techniques to engage students.
• Guarantee students are presented with material to meet learning objectives.
• Prepare instructional materials and equipment; ensure readiness and maintenance.
• Participate in faculty assessment and professional development; maintain certifications.
• Attend meetings, analyze assessment data, and meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
