Job summary

SBA Communications in the United States is hiring a Supervisor, Construction to manage construction and co-location projects, ensuring sites meet customer specs on time and within budget.

You will lead field teams and subcontractors, schedule material deliveries, enforce safety practices, perform on-site inspections, and communicate progress to the client and Territory Management. Domestic travel required, OSHA and safety credentials preferred.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED in related field of study. Bachelor's degree preferred; and 1+ years of construction or equipment installation experience, wireless telecommunications experience preferred.
• Domestic Travel required. OSHA 10Hr Safety Course preferred. CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, coordinate material deliveries, equipment, manpower and subcontractors to ensure efficient project progress.
• Inspect job sites daily to ensure construction meets plans, specifications and SBA quality standards.
• Maintain and enforce SBA and OSHA safety practices; conduct weekly safety meetings.
• Interface with client representatives to resolve issues and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Territory Management and provide daily status updates.
