Qualifications

5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction.
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination.
Ability to command a jobsite through composure, decisiveness, and technical expertise.
Proven knowledge of OSHA safety standards and practices.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
Excellent communication skills with field and executive teams.
Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day field operations across commercial and/or multi-family construction projects.
Maintain ownership of schedule execution, subcontractor coordination, and site productivity.
Enforce strict safety standards and cultivate a non-negotiable safety culture.
Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners for project alignment.
Conduct site meetings with confidence, clarity, and accountability.
Anticipate project risks and implement solutions before delays.
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets standards.
Oversee inspections, permits, and compliance requirements.
Track manpower, sequencing, material deliveries, and field logistics.
Maintain organized documentation including reports, logs, schedules, and progress updates.
Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel to reinforce discipline.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnel while reinforcing operational discipline across the site

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial, industrial, or multi-family construction
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
Ability to command a jobsite through composure, decisiveness, and technical expertiseProven experience managing subcontractors and driving accountability
Deep knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
